Order of Christian Initiation for Adults

OCIA

"Each year on Holy Saturday during the Easter Vigil, thousands are baptized into the Catholic Church in the United States. Parishes welcome these new Catholics through the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults." -USCCB

Order of Christian Initiation of Adults
(formerly RCIA)

OCIA is a process that is offered to those who are seeking initiation into the Catholic Church.  At St. John Vianney, this series of classes is offered to all adults, Catholics as well as non-Catholics, who are interested in learning (or relearning) what the Catholic Church teaches.  We meet on Tuesdays from 7:30-9:00 p.m., from September until Easter.  Please call the church for more information if you are interested.
